Best way to reach us
For new projects, email with your venue location, table count and a rough timeline. For an active support case, call the support line and quote the venue reference so the technician can pull the right drawings before the call.
Three questions we hear most
Both. Retrofit work is common, especially where a venue wants sensor integration or a payout controller without replacing the cabinet. We survey the existing bed, rail and equipment space first and tell you honestly whether a retrofit will hold calibration or whether a cabinet rebuild is the better path.
Installation is scheduled inside a downtime window agreed with the house, and commissioning happens before the table returns to play. During a live pit, support cases are handled by triage so a single station fault can be worked around without closing the whole table.
You receive the drawings, calibration records, payout rule sheet and support instructions. If you take a support plan, we cover escalation, spare parts, firmware maintenance and a quarterly audit that keeps the sensor layer, the payout logic, the displays and the tracking records in agreement.
